How to Select a 250 m³/h Slurry Separation Plant for Bored Pile Construction

图片
Bored piles generate a lot of spoil, and it goes straight into the circulation system. When the solids are not removed, sand content climbs, waste slurry volume grows, and pit cleaning takes longer than planned. Most contractors start by comparing rated capacity, and 250 m³/h is a common size for medium scale bored pile work. Still, it's worth checking the number on the quotation. It is measured under a defined set of slurry conditions, and those conditions are rarely the ones on your site. What you need to know first is whether the plant can handle your slurry, your drilling output and your solids load while running continuously. Check the slurry before you check the flow rate Capacity means nothing on its own. The same plant that keeps up in soft clay can fall behind in sand, because the solids load is several times higher even at identical flow. Density, viscosity, sand content and ground formation all change what a separation stage can hold. So the same machine performs differ...
